Randy Buursma serves as pastor of First Christian Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Before being called into the ministry, Randy taught 4th and 5th grades for 9 years at Sylvan Christian and 21 years at Calvin College. Teaching and learning also plays a significant role in his family. Debra, his wife, teaches Education at Calvin and two of their three children hold teaching degrees
